I've had this for over four months now and use it every day. It was smooth when I got it and has gotten even slicker somehow. Cooks everything from a whole pack of chicken breast to burgers to bacon and eggs. On the burgers, I can cook four and still have room to quick toast/fry the inside of the bun for that special bun touch.
About to order the 10x18. Oh yeah, I sometimes cook bacon with my burger, it all fits. This pan has been the fried rice champ as well.
