We got our 7 quart dutch oven many years ago and it is fantastic! It makes wonderful stews and a fantastic elk burgundy! Just put it in the oven at 225 - 250 degrees for 3 - 4 hours and the meal comes out perfect. It is also wonderful on the Coleman camp stove. The cast iron heats very evenly. And since it is cast iron, it is tough as nails when going on a camping trip.
