I have had the 2 quart oven for over 8 years, have cooked everything from meat loaf, rice and beans, casseroles, fried foods, steamed veggies, bake, even chili (you name it has been in oven).. Season once a year with all the other cast iron cook ware (over 21 pieces of Lodge cast cook ware collection/obsession . p.s. this oven makes the best meat loaf you will ever taste!!! Basting lid allows moisture from meat to drip back down, basting the meat for you. Set timer on oven and forget about til timer goes off!!! Add 5 stars to rating and a perfect 10!!!!!!
