Love this, was looking for something to make great fried chicken in and this is the best skillet I've ever used. While this is my first piece of cast iron, I can attest to the life of cast iron, my mother has several pieces she inherited from her grandmother, and after a life of heavy use look just as nice as one sitting on the shelf at your local store.
